Roshan P. Vani

CEO

Roshan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a co-founder of Nexus PMG. Prior to co-founding Nexus PMG, he was a senior project manager and head of project risk management for Fluor Corporation where he developed, constructed, and advised on over 3,000 MW of power generation facilities. Roshan’s main responsibilities include team oversight, corporate governance, project pipeline organization, and development support.

Laura Hart

Director of Organic Logistics

Laura, who holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University, has over 20 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, and strategic business development, with more than a decade dedicated to waste management and sustainability. As the Director of Organic Logistics at Nexus W2V, she specializes in innovative food waste diversion and waste-to-energy solutions that support ESG goals and promote carbon neutrality. Her dedication to a holistic approach combines industrial sustainability with a passion for regenerative farming, making her an advocate for environmentally responsible waste solutions.

David Schroeder

Vice President of Operations

David Schroeder has been working in the anaerobic digestion industry since 2005, bringing two decades of hands-on experience in operations, maintenance, and facility management. Over the years, he has served as a consultant to AD projects across North America and previously owned and operated a company specializing in the operations, maintenance, and management of anaerobic digestion facilities. David brings a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of AD, with a strong focus on reliability, team development, and long-term performance.

Thomas Egeland

Project Manager

Thomas holds a B.S. in Marine Systems Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and brings over 16 years of experience managing complex operations, engineering projects, and construction support. Prior to joining Nexus W2V, he served as a Chief Engineer in the marine industry and later oversaw anaerobic digestion facilities at Vanguard Renewables, focusing on optimizing production and facility commissioning. At Nexus W2V, Thomas’s main responsibilities include overseeing construction, managing commissioning activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting project execution through start-up and operations.

Ted Niblock

Vice President

Ted holds a J.D. from Boston University and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, Ted is the Vice President of Development at Nexus W2V where he leads a diversified team through a portfolio of development projects. Ted has over 15 years of experience in various bioenergy, sustainable agriculture, and general waste-to-value sectors. Previously, Ted worked in private legal practice and as general counsel, where he established the foundation for his management and leadership that he continues to use today.

Gabriela Santa Cruz

Senior Project Developer

Gabriela holds an M.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Auckland in New Zealand and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She has over 10 years of experience in business and project development providing support on design basis, technology assessment, permitting and procurement, and commissioning and operations. Prior to joining Nexus, Gabriela worked at multiple development shops focused on projects in waste management, regenerative agriculture, and renewable energy.

William Dick

Developer – Finance

William leads the finance team at Nexus W2V, working closely with the development and executive teams to advance the company’s waste-to-value mission. He oversees accounting operations and ensures compliance with GAAP and renewable energy tax equity transactions. With over a decade of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and project development, William brings both strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Nexus W2V, William built finance, accounting, and sales processes for solar companies and conducted enterprise valuations for renewable energy projects.

Jessica Arthur

Paralegal

Jessica has 20+ years of experience in business logistics, legal assistance, and project development, providing versatile support with process optimization and general business operations. Prior to joining firms and private businesses, including as paralegal, quality improvement manager, and merger services coordinator. At Nexus, her administrative support streamlines project timelines and reduces inefficiencies, allowing the team to focus on their core competencies. Jessica’s main responsibilities include contract management, process refinement, and general development support on a variety of topics.
